The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, Real Estate Development, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of both departments by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and facilitating seamless communication across the organization.

How You’ll Succeed- Support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Executive Vice President (EVP), Real Estate with all executive and administrative tasks
- Plan and coordinate CTO and EVP’s meetings, agendas, and workback schedules while prioritizing high-impact initiatives
- Engage professionally with all internal/external senior stakeholders
- Compile data and reports, arrange travel, prepare agendas and meeting packages, and respond to routine formal written correspondence; coordinate meetings and teleconferences
- Arrange and book corporate and personal functions for the CTO and EVP
- Coordinate meeting agendas and materials where the CTO or EVP is the chair; take and distribute minutes and follow up reporting to the CTO or EVP
- Handle issues and tasks on behalf of the CTO and EVP as directed, often in high-pressure situations
- Manage the daily schedule for the CTO and EVP, prioritizing competing demands from within and outside the organization
- Communicate in person and through correspondence with high-level internal and external contacts such as vendors and senior leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, organizational development or related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in an administrative position supporting large teams with meeting coordination, event coordination, preparing correspondence, and scheduling travel
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, MS Teams)
- Excellent communicator with a professional presence to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business, including board of directors

- Salary Range: $55,451 - $72,779. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity
