In this role, you’ll support the Quality & Operation Department by coordinating teams and managing project schedules. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure client needs are met while also taking on administrative tasks like data analysis and reporting updates to management. Collaboration and communication will be key as you strive for excellence in every project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate effectively with the project manager and team
• Organize and monitor project schedules diligently
• Coordinate efforts within the project team regularly
• Report verbal and written updates to management
• Perform administrative tasks like research and data analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project assistance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Solid teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines under pressure
