We seek a detail-oriented individual to oversee the insurance application workflow, from data entry to coordinating medical orders and documentation for policy approvals. Your proactive approach and strong administrative skills will enhance our client service experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter insurance applications into portals with accuracy

• Track and organize medical orders, collaborating with vendors

• Maintain communication with insurance carriers for policy requirements

• Monitor case progress and keep teams informed

• Organize case documentation to adhere to industry standards
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years in insurance or medical administration

• Familiarity with insurance carrier products is beneficial

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
