Position: Construction Clerk with Stantec

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project teams with administrative documentation

• Organize and maintain project-related documents

• Ensure adherence to project documentation standards

• Update organization and flow charts regularly

• Provide Document Control for specific projects

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a project admin or coordinating role

• Technical degree or relevant experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
