Elevate executive operations at Humaniti as an Executive Assistant in Toronto. This role requires adeptness in managing complex schedules, communications, and logistics for a global organization.
Supporting the Global Executive Director, you will orchestrate multiple projects, oversee calendar management, and ensure seamless communication with key stakeholders. Your capacity to adapt to shifting priorities, coupled with excellent writing skills, will enable you to succeed in this dynamic environment. Be prepared to manage domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate complex calendars across different time zones
- Handle email management and internal communications
- Prepare meeting materials and briefing documents
- Manage travel itineraries and expense submissions
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant role
- Experience in nonprofit or international non-governmental organizations
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Reliable communicator with solid interpersonal skills
