Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive calendar and appointments

• Prepare travel arrangements and expense reports

• Support the department’s financial and operational processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executive-level administrative support

• High-level organizational and communication capabilities

• Familiarity with office software including SAP
