In this role, you'll work under direct supervision, focusing on routine project documentation and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include job costing, status monitoring, and facilitating smooth closeout processes. Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Account Managers, you will significantly contribute to timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative functions for equipment fulfillment
• Assist in ordering and tracking bill of materials
• Update customers on estimated ship dates
• Process service claims and labor warranty documentation
• Support job closeout documentation processing
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED with up to two years of experience
• Strong communication skills and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
• Team collaboration with a proactive approach
• HVAC knowledge preferred but not mandatory
