- Coordinate and support all administrative functions within the Sales Department " + "
- Prepare and process vehicle deal files accurately and efficiently " + "
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer follow-up communications " + "
- Coordinate vehicle licensing, registration, and documentation requirements " + "
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within dealership systems " + "
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Service, and Licensing departments to ensure timely completion of deals " + "
- Monitor inventory status, incoming vehicles, and delivery timelines " + "
- Support sales staff with appointment scheduling, customer communication, and documentation preparation " + "
- Ensure all paperwork complies with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulations " + "
- Assist in maintaining showroom organization and presentation standards " + "
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone " + "
- Support management with reporting and other administrative tasks as required " + "

- Previous administrative or coordination experience in an automotive dealership environment is considered an asset " + "
- Strong organizational and time management skills " + "
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities " + "
