As a Project Administrator, you will support the Equipment group through critical administrative functions. Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Account Managers, you will ensure timely completion of each project while managing invoicing and status monitoring tasks. Proactive communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage routine project documentation and reporting
• Order and track all materials associated with projects
• Update schedules and communicate ship dates to customers
• Process service claims, labor warranties, and invoices
• Complete all necessary job closeout documentation
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED with up to two years of experience
• Strong communication skills and proactive work ethic
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with HVAC Systems is preferred
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend work
