In this administrative role, you will support one or more Wealth Advisors through effective client service management and day-to-day business operations. Your responsibilities will include responding to client needs and providing marketing assistance to enhance growth opportunities. Your efficient management will cultivate effective relationships across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative processes and escalations for effective client service
• Support Wealth Advisors with regular portfolio reviews
• Address client inquiries and execute timely transactions
• Track reports for business targets and financial plans
• Collaborate with departmental and business line contacts
Requirements:
• Experience in securities and client service
• IR approval from CIRO required
• Strong verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail with organizational skills
• Initiative to work independently
