Position: Governance Officer Role at Executive Level
Drive organizational governance as the inaugural Administrative and Governance Officer for the founding team. Collaborate with board members and manage key administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

This role requires working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the board of directors to establish governance processes and infrastructure. You will build board packages, coordinate meetings, and support travel arrangements for board members across Canada. The ability to balance multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders is crucial to success in this administrative position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build board packages and agendas with the executive team

• Secure venues for in-person meetings

• Schedule and coordinate board meetings across Canada

• Act as board secretariat at meetings, recording minutes

• Organize both in-person and virtual sub-committee meetings

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in a related role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and professionalism

• Bilingual in French and English

• Bachelor's degree
