Job Description
PurposeYou exemplify superior customer service skills by responding to all customer / client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. You are self motivated and can work under limited supervision and excel at managing multiple priorities, while working in an extremely fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones and take necessary messages
- Receive visitors
- Receive office-related deliveries, distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Maintain level of office supplies
- Involved with general accounting duties (assist with payroll)
- Assist colleagues when necessary with document completions, scheduling, etc
- Make sure meeting rooms are clean
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Post secondary education
- 35 WPM typing
- Strong computer skills in word, excel, power point and outlook
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Team Player and detail oriented
- Bilingualism in English and French a strong asset
- Past payroll (accounting) experience an asset
