In the role of Construction Clerk, you will assist the Program Management Team under the Construction Site Manager, handling multiple projects within large infrastructure programs. Your expertise in document control, project administration, and communication will be essential as you support the completion of diverse projects ranging from mass transit systems to urban developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for multiple project teams
• Prepare, track, and file essential project documents
• Maintain and update organization and flow charts
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and documentation standards
• Support document control efforts for specific programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in project administration or coordination role
• Technical degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in large infrastructure programs preferred
