Elevate service operations as a Service Coordinator with Black & McDonald. Focus on dispatching technicians, managing work orders, and liaising with customers in this dynamic role.
As a Service Coordinator, you will report directly to the Client Services Supervisor. This role encompasses essential administrative tasks, including creating invoices, managing purchase orders, and collaborating with sales and maintenance staff. You will utilize your organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with clients and field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch field service technicians for daily service calls
• Manage service calls and preventative maintenance work orders
• Communicate with clients and internal departments for scheduling
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience with maintenance management systems
• 1 year in a dispatch center
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
