Your role combines communication with administrative skills to enhance service.
As the Morning Staffing Coordinator, you will manage supply staff schedules and support over 500 childcare centres in the GTHA and Ottawa. This position requires effective communication, an understanding of educator strengths, and a keen eye for detail. You'll lead our Sentient PERKS program while tracking performance data and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Match supply staff to shifts in real time
• Maintain staff availability records in scheduling software
• Communicate with staff via phone and email
• Track and prepare new hire packages
• Administer the Sentient PERKS rewards program
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling
• Early Childhood Education background preferred
• Strong communication skills necessary
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly
