As an Executive Assistant, you will be essential to the daily operations of Sienna, offering administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership. Expect to coordinate meetings, manage high-impact initiatives, and engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally. Your ability to prioritize competing demands will be crucial for success in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support CTO and EVP with administrative tasks
• Plan and coordinate daily meetings and schedules
• Engage with senior stakeholders professionally
• Compile reports and arrange travel efficiently
• Coordinate meeting agendas and take minutes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
• 2–5 years’ administrative experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
