BGIS seeks a dedicated Tenant Services Coordinator to support their clients by coordinating office services and resolving tenant issues. This full-time role includes managing maintenance project delivery, overseeing financial administration, and monitoring contractor performance. You will collaborate closely with Facility Managers to meet service expectations and ensure excellence in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and validate service requests via various channels

• Coordinate with BGIS and subcontractors for service delivery

• Assist Facility Managers with small-scale tenant projects

• Review contracts and report discrepancies promptly

• Interpret client work processes and workplace policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus specialized technical/business training

• 1-3 years of relevant job-related experience

• Strong client management and customer service skills

• Knowledge of project delivery and tendering processes

• Proficiency in MS Office and email software
