In this role, you will coordinate schedules, manage communication between stakeholders, and ensure that all service-related tasks are completed efficiently. Collaborate with technicians and engineers to monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise. Effective communication with customers and teams will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and scheduling for installations
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Track project progress and manage documentation
• Approve technician time entries and billing processes
• Communicate updates and resolve service-related concerns
Requirements:
• Experience in a project support role is preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
