Become an Administrative Coordinator at EXP, supporting our Transportation team in Markham, Ontario.
Your role involves managing proposals, meeting coordination, and providing essential administrative support.
In this position, you will interact directly with the Vice President, organizing meetings and streamlining proposal documentation. Your tasks will include data management, editing reports, and providing office support, ensuring that high-quality materials are delivered on time to maintain project momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the proposal lifecycle from start to finish
• Edit and format key reports and proposals
• Coordinate meeting logistics and travel details
• Assist with front office duties and customer interactions
• Develop and maintain project and proposal support materials
Requirements:
• 1-4 years of administrative experience in similar fields
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy in detail-oriented tasks
• Capability to work collaboratively within teams
