Take on a key role as a Quality Control Coordinator, also known as Drug Safety Mailbox Administrator, at Bayshore Specialty Rx. Manage the Pharmacovigilance inbox and facilitate timely communication management.
This position within the Patient Support Services Department promotes compliance with Pharmacovigilance and Health Canada guidelines. You will triage emails, assist with case assignments, and support the Drug Safety and Medical Information team with data-related tasks. Your initiative and organizational skills will be critical for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily inbox management and follow-ups
• Route incoming communications to relevant personnel
• Assign safety cases following product guidelines
• Review and follow up on safety source documents
• Assist with CRM data entry and audits as needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Experience in data entry portals is an asset
• Understanding of Canadian pharmacovigilance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and handle pressure effectively
