Key Responsibilities- Sort, scan, and upload incoming mail into systems
- Process various operational transactions including policy updates
- Track and report on mail volumes consistently
- Organize and maintain filing for essential documentation
- Handle sensitive customer data confidentially
- 2-4 years in an administrative or operations role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Capacity to manage shifting priorities effectively
