As a Property Services Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of essential building services while providing necessary administrative support to the Operations team. Your tasks will include process optimization, service request management, and detailed coordination with contractors. Key Responsibilities:
• Process and log service requests efficiently
• Manage tenders and monitor contract compliance
• Administer preventative maintenance schedules
• Promote health and safety policies within teams
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and up to 1 year of coordination experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Capable of managing competing priorities
• Knowledge of tendering is a bonus
• Familiarity with financial reporting software is preferred
