As an Operations Administrator, you’ll assist with accounting and administrative tasks within vehicle lease cycles while supporting internal teams. Key functions include processing vendor invoices and maintaining operational reports. Candidates should be proactive with a keen attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting support for short-term rental programs
• Assist with vehicle transfers and disposals
• Ensure timely processing of approved invoices
• Maintain accurate operational and financial documentation
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools
• Strong organizational capabilities with high attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
