Become a vital link in service operations as a Project Administrator. Manage service contracts, facilitate communication, and support project execution to meet crucial deadlines in a flexible work setting.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the complete administration of service contracts, including documentation and compliance checks. You'll work collaboratively with Service Managers and teams, ensuring ongoing communication and addressing any obstacles that arise. Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and review service contract documentation
• Monitor internal processes and compliance regulations
• Validate and reconcile service-related costs
• Work with teams to resolve billing issues
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements
Requirements:
• One-year certificate from a college or technical school
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• HVAC Systems knowledge is advantageous
