We are on the lookout for a dedicated Executive Assistant with significant experience in administrative support at a senior level. You will work closely with various levels of management and handle crucial time-sensitive tasks. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent judgment, strong multitasking capabilities, and a comfort with advanced office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee executive calendars and schedule appointments

• Arrange both domestic and international travel

• Handle correspondence, directing inquiries as needed

• Establish and maintain proprietary filing systems

• Compile data for reports and other documentation
Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting high-level executives

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Expertise in office software including SAP

• Ability to learn new technologies, especially AI

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
