Markham Workplace Administrator

Position: Markham Workplace Experience Administrator
Drive office efficiency and visitor engagement as a Workplace Experience Administrator with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in Markham, Ontario.

This role is integral to the Corporate Office Services team and involves managing reception services, logistical support, and administrative tasks for the office. Reporting to the COO's Executive Assistant, your key focus will be on ensuring a high-quality workplace environment while facilitating smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and direct all visitors

• Manage incoming calls and route messages

• Ensure cleanliness of reception and meeting rooms

• Handle visitor logs and coordinate access

• Provide support for corporate services and facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a reception or office coordination role

• Experience in a busy corporate setting highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office machinery

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
