Job Description Opening the office in the morning/closing in the evening
Maintaining a clean and friendly environment for the staff and patients
Scheduling patient appointments over the phone and in person
Explaining clinic procedures to patients
Assisting doctors as required, such as pulling patient charts, performing vitals on patients, assisting in the provision of therapeutic modalities
Ordering office supplies
Assisting with processing claims to insurance companies
Recording exams for doctors
Transcription of reports
