Our client has undergone significant business changes and is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join their team for a 6-month assignment. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple sites and ensuring data integrity throughout the process.

Working closely with the Manager, Accounting, the incumbent will be contributing as follows:

• Inventory G/L Account reconciliations
• Perform physical inventory counts across multiple locations (Candidate must have a car and be willing to drive in Ontario, as far as Ottawa)
• Collect and consolidate inventory data from various plants
• Update and maintain accurate inventory logs and records
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through thorough investigation
• Collaborate with operations and plant teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Support reporting and analysis as needed

• Previous experience with Inventory Accounting and G/L reconciliations
• Extensive inventory experience, full cycle including physical counts
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple sites
• Comfortable in a manual, hands-on environment with a mix of office and plant-based work
