As part of CORA Loyalty, you will manage new business development initiatives across both the United States and Canada. This role emphasizes developing strong pipelines and reliable forecasting while nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within prospective organizations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop robust business strategies and proposal approaches
• Identify and progress business opportunities systematically
• Engage with senior leaders effectively during negotiations
• Maintain meticulous documentation in CRM for all opportunities
• Work closely with Client Services for project handoffs
Requirements:
• 7 to 10+ years in business development or adjacent fields
• Proven expertise with channel incentives and B2B solutions
• Capability to manage multi-stakeholder engagements
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Willingness to travel within North America
