As part of the Portfolio Governance team, you will manage the intake process, update the transformation roadmap, and ensure effective coordination between initiatives. This position is suitable for proactive individuals with strong organizational skills passionate about improving healthcare services through efficient portfolio oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support centralized intake operations for new initiatives
• Update the enterprise roadmap and maintain accurate statuses
• Track dependencies and escalate issues as necessary
• Prepare materials for governance forums and track decisions
• Drive improvements in portfolio processes and tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years experience in PMO or portfolio operations
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira or Smartsheet
• Strong organizational capability and clear communication
