In this role, you will oversee various services for building operations, supporting the Operations team in Work Order Management and Health and Safety compliance. You'll be the key contact for service providers, resolving client requests and issues efficiently while maintaining strong communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle service requests through calls and emails
• Maintain database for service requests and reporting
• Schedule and oversee completion of work orders
• Administer service contracts and monitor vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with up to 1 year of experience
• Excellent customer-oriented and collaborative skills
• Capability to manage concurrent tasks
• Understanding of financial management systems
• Strong organizational skills for effective coordination
