Take the lead as a Growth Product Manager at Brilliant Harvest and focus on driving customer activation and success. This remote opportunity involves working closely with dealers in the equipment sector.
In this role, you will connect customer success insights to product development by defining key growth metrics and resolving challenges that dealers face after signing. Your prior experience in product management, alongside a passion for customer-centric innovation, is essential in creating welcoming onboarding processes and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and track growth-oriented product metrics
• Develop solutions for onboarding and product usage challenges
• Run data-driven experiments to enhance user engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement growth initiatives
• Turn customer experiences into actionable product insights
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in product management with a focus on growth
• Experience in customer success or field enablement
• Insight into dealership operations beneficial
• Strong communicator with data literacy
• Flexible to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
