** In this role, you will support the delivery of business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across Operations. You will work with large datasets to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and support the development of reporting and analytics solutions that improve operational performance. play a key role in a new and evolving environment, contributing to the growth of Allstate's direct sales channel.
By combining strong analytical thinking with technical skills, you will help ensure data is Partner with stakeholders to gather and document data and reporting requirements

* Qualifications:
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets
Familiarity with data querying or coding tools (e.g., SQL or similar)
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and support requirements gathering
