Senior Analyst in Pricing Strategy

Contribute to strategic pricing initiatives at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Analyst in Markham, Ontario. Drive profitability analysis and customer insights to enhance Tender proposals and regional growth.

As a Senior Analyst focusing on Pricing, Deal Desk and Business Insights, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Contracts teams.

Your role encompasses analyzing historical sales data to derive insights and develop impactful proposals for Tenders. By serving as a subject matter expert, you will optimize pricing strategies, manage product life cycles, and significantly contribute to the Commercial organization’s analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with marketing and sales for pricing analysis

• Develop proposals for Tenders (RFPs)

• Analyze customer investments and segmentation strategies

• Create meaningful commercial insights through reporting

• Identify pricing opportunities through collaboration

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in pricing strategy

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
