You will assist senior project managers with coordination tasks, budgeting, and project scheduling across various sectors like healthcare, transit, and education. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will contribute to delivering successful project outcomes while collaborating with project managers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project managers in daily coordination activities
• Develop, update, and track project schedules and budgets
• Gather and analyze detailed project management reports
• Facilitate change management processes and ensure compliance
• Manage project documentation and fulfill document control tasks
Requirements:
• Up to three years of project management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel for project-related work
