The Senior Product Manager role demands a strategic leader with 8+ years of experience in product or portfolio management. Your expertise in financial acumen and home services will be crucial in overseeing Enercare's Plans and Electrical offerings. Additionally, you will lead a high-performing team, drive data-driven decisions, and foster relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own P&L performance for Plans and Electrical portfolios
• Execute pricing strategy and lifecycle optimization
• Lead initiatives to increase multi-product household penetration
• Translate customer insights into execution roadmaps
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver GTM plans
Requirements:
• 8+ years in product or category management
• Proven success in recurring-revenue businesses
• Strong leadership experience with PMs/Analysts
• Excellent financial acumen and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
