In this role, you will utilize your 2–3+ years of multi-unit operations management experience in the QSR industry. Collaborating closely with franchisees, you will support new store openings and analyze key performance metrics. Your travel will be key to achieving operational excellence and promoting brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze KPIs and P&L for performance insights

• Provide coaching and training to store teams

• Conduct in-store audits for compliance

• Support promotional initiatives and brand rollouts

• Conduct quarterly business reviews with franchisees

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of multi-unit management experience

• Strong knowledge of financial metrics

• Experience in a franchise system is beneficial
