Software Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about technology, process optimization, and client collaboration. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our design/development teams, ensuring every custom software project is perfectly aligned with business goals and user needs. This is a full‑time, remote role working closely with our U.S.

-based leadership and clients.

• Collaborate with U.S. clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Create process maps, wireframes, and flow diagrams to guide our design and development teams.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations (in English).
• Work cross‑functionally with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and business process improvements.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (you’ll work directly with U.S. clients).
• Proven experience gathering and managing software requirements.
• Comfortable using tools like Jira, Notion, Click Up, Miro, or Figma.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of SaaS, web applications, or custom software development projects is a plus.

Work directly with U.S. clients on cutting‑edge custom software projects.

100% remote, full time position.
