Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Product Manager to own and manage a defined product portfolio from concept through launch and ongoing performance optimization.

In this role, you will lead new product introduction (NPI) initiatives, manage product lifecycle activities, analyze market trends, support pricing and profitability decisions, and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver successful products to market.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, organized, and able to connect product strategy with business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned product lines throughout the full product lifecycle, from NPI to launch and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, pricing movements, and portfolio improvements.
  • Own NPI pipeline management, ensuring successful execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
  • Manage product profitability, including pricing, costs, margins, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Lead new product launches by developing product presentations, specification sheets, launch packages, and training materials.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including product specifications, pricing discussions, samples, timelines, and project follow-ups.
  • Analyze sales performance, category trends, and business data to provide recommendations and support decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales teams to understand market opportunities, forecasts, risks, and growth areas.
  • Support website product updates, including product pages, documentation, and launch materials.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, financial, and market data.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving initiatives and delivering results.
