• Schedule medical and personal appointments efficiently

• Lead family projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a related role, e.g., Executive Assistant

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive mindset, solution-oriented approach

• Strong communicator with project management skills

• Comfortably work independently with trust and discretion
