We are currently hiring interns for the 2026 International Recruitment and Development Intern Program (IRDP), a career differentiator for MBA and master’s students worldwide. The program develops high‑potential candidates into the leaders of tomorrow by assigning them to cross‑functional business projects with real‑life impact.

Interns will lead significant initiatives, present findings to senior leaders, and work as integral members of cross‑functional teams. They will also participate in community‑building activities, structured development goals, and mentorship programs.

IRDP participants receive comprehensive career tracking, customized professional development planning, formal leadership training, executive coaching, access to a global alumni network, and opportunities to serve the community.

• First year of a full‑time MBA or master’s degree program, graduating after September 2026
• Full‑time availability for 8–12 weeks between June and September 2026
• Fluent in English and the language of the host country
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the host country without sponsorship
• Three years or more of relevant professional experience prior to enrollment in a master’s program
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Ability to develop solutions using data‑driven insights
