This role combines sales system governance with process mapping and training development to enhance organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with sales process standards
• Act as SAP Super Key User and enhance system configurations
• Identify and streamline sales workflows and pain points
• Create effective onboarding tools and training materials
• Lead initiatives to remove waste and improve processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years in Sales Operations or CI
• Demonstrated experience as SAP Key User
• Strong skills in facilitation and process improvement
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
