In this strategic role, you will shape customer engagement and retention as a Customer Success Operations Manager. Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll develop scalable processes that foster customer adoption and optimize growth strategies. Your expertise in data-driven insights will enable the team to achieve operational excellence while enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on customer success initiatives and capacity modeling
• Optimize client processes to improve satisfaction and retention
• Drive weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews
• Manage core Customer Success tools and systems integrations
• Enhance data accuracy for effective performance tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• 5+ years in revenue or sales operations
• Strong experience with Salesforce and BI tools
• Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights
• Effective communicator with experience in process improvements
