Inventory Data Specialist (Special Project)

Job DescriptionJob Summary:
The primary focus of this role is to process all paperwork while meeting our monthly deadlines. As well as issuing and updating service and sales appointments to the field and sales teams. Assisting in different areas as needed including customer follow up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of sales and rental contracts
- Reconciliation of sales, rentals and field invoices
- Processing field service work
- Correction of field errors
- Processing of Commercial Protection Plan contracts
- Processing of Commercial Preventative Maintenance contracts
- Issue, update and create field work in Click Software
- Assist field staff on-call listings as required
- Coordination of back ordered product with customer appointments
- Create and schedule calls with customers for maintenance services
- Create customer accounts in SFDC
- Create/Booking opportunities in SFDC
- Central communication point for field staff/sales staff
- Handle escalations as necessary
- Work with Billing Dept to address/correct customer billing issues
- Answer customers inbound calls
- Follow up with customers on incomplete field work
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively use Click Schedule, GERS, Clarify, Sales Force, Billing Systems, Microsoft Access & MS Office
- Ability to concurrently use various computer information packages in conjunction with telephone
- Ability to effectively resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both customer and the company
- Capable of working well under pressure and understanding business processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure filled, team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Capable of doing financial analysis to rectify variances
- Grade 12 education
