The Operations Analyst at Enercare Inc. supports the Billing Operations team by ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy in billing cycles. You will investigate discrepancies, manage escalations, and collaborate closely with various departments to optimize processes. Your expertise in billing systems will drive improvements and support project initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely billing for customers across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily billing processes with workflow and quality oversight

• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve issues

• Collaborate with internal and external partners for data integrity

• Provide recommendations for process enhancements and improvements

• Create SQL queries and ad hoc reports to analyze trends

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in billing or financial analysis

• Post-secondary education in business or related field

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple billing systems
