We seek a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage bi-weekly payroll processing, adhering to collective agreements and statutory regulations. Your 2-3 years of payroll expertise will enable you to maintain data accuracy and support audits. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly payroll efficiently
• Verify and update employee data in payroll systems
• Generate reports to track hours and pay grades
• Handle compliance with payroll-related external communications
• Complete all year-end payroll processes accurately
Requirements:
• Completed Business Diploma or equivalent education
• Experience with computerized payroll systems
