In this role, you will spearhead the Process Excellence Centre of Excellence, focusing on standardization, automation, and simplifying workflows for both customers and employees. You must have a Bachelor's degree and at least a decade of experience in process excellence or related fields. Collaborate with various departments to ensure processes align with overall business objectives while implementing effective tracking mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish the vision and operating model for process excellence
• Create a comprehensive approach for workflow optimization
• Enhance the external and internal experience through improved processes

• Lead executive-level reporting on process metrics and challenges
Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in process or operational excellence
• Strong leadership in cross-functional projects
• Excellent financial analysis aptitude
• Familiarity with automation techniques preferred
