Product Management Co-op

This role reports directly to the Director of Product Management and encompasses both administrative and strategic duties. You’ll manage customer data, present key insights, and help execute product roadmaps. Engage in a fast-paced environment where analytical thinking is essential for driving product performance and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report on Product KPIs and identify improvement areas

• Develop Excel-based reports and dashboards using advanced functions

• Monitor competition and customer trends for actionable insights

• Support product roadmap development with finance collaboration

• Liaise with technology and operations teams to clarify product features

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Product Management and business practices

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills

• Ability to analyze data and solve complex problems

• Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office and PowerBI familiarity

• Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program
