Key Responsibilities:

• Drive system-wide sales and achieve company targets

• Consult on best practices to improve store performance

• Train and enforce brand operational standards

• Act as a liaison between franchisees and corporate office

• Monitor compliance with outside purchase regulations

Requirements:

• College degree in Business, Retail, or Marketing

• 2-3 years of retail management experience

• Strong visual merchandising skills

• Proven ability to analyze reports and provide recommendations
