We seek an experienced OTC Process Consultant for exciting challenges in enhancing order-to-cash processes within SAP environments. As a key advisor, you will engage with international stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You will spearhead the design, continuous improvement, and compliance measures across all divisions, ensuring high-quality process performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design and validation of OTC business requirements

• Collaborate with Global Process Excellence and IT teams

• Drive key user community capabilities and knowledge sharing

• Conduct fit/gap sessions and support testing activities

• Ensure compliance with tax determination and trade regulations

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in Order-to-Cash or Customer Demand Management

• SAP ECC and S/4

HANA experience required

• Proven project management and agile delivery skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or comparable qualification
